Royal Oak Drum and Percussion Lessons

Are you or your child looking for drum or percussion lessons near Royal Oak? You've come to the right place! I have a BFA in Percussion Performance from Oakland University and over five years of teaching experience. I own a diverse range of instruments including drumset, vibraphone, timpani, and various hand drums such as congas and djembes. Whatever instrument you want to learn, I've got you covered! We can work on all genres and percussion instruments, from Jazz and Classical, to Rock and RnB. I'm happy to work with all ages and skill levels, so no matter your situation, we're sure to make satisfying progress.

I also teach beginning piano, so if you or your child is looking for someone local to get you started, I'm more than happy to help.

I tailor each lesson to your needs so you can learn the music you want to learn, at the pace that makes you feel comfortable. I aim to balance fun repertoire with strong fundamentals so you're prepared to play whatever music interests you.

I charge $55 for an hour, and $30 for a half hour. For an additional fee, I can also travel to your home for lessons. The first lesson is always free!
